I was publicly screamed at for being 6 minutes late I understand being on time is critical however we are all adults here screaming and yelling is not the approach to use. Clerk 14 5/31/2022 10 AM and we still left 8 mins before my appointment was over.

Very very rude customer service. We reached within the Appointment time. We drove 30 min investing gas and time to be there. They asked asked us to reschedule because we are 5 min late. Although they mention be there in the 15 min window. I would not even give the one star. Rude people I have dealt ever. Worst customer service and waste of my tax dollars.

This location's customer service is pretty bad. Sent a package out from them, almost a week later I get notice in mail that my package was not delivered due to postage. Went back to them, Terracita was going to locate it and call back. One week later, I go back in bc she never contacted me. She said they've been too busy. No apology or anything, she speaks Tagalog to her Filipina co worker and just unprofessional, awful service. Tells me it was not their issue bc it was sent to another location already when I clearly have receipt showing I paid for postage...so what is the problem? Thats for them to look into, not me 🤔 9/27 Update with picture. Sent this gift box 6/10/21, just got it back in mail yesterday. Terracina said that postage could've fallen off when I sent it. Even if it had, thats there fault and their problem. I paid for their service and they didn't do it right. And where does it look like they even added postage to the box after I paid? You're right, they didn't.

Amazing, dedicated staff! Super friendly. I do ecommerce and rely on USPS for many of my packages. While I know our social postal system is definitely not comparable to Amazon as far as price and efficiency, I know what to expect and they do their best to deliver on expectations. This brick-and-mortar location in particular runs at optimum available efficiency and the staff are a true delight to interact with. Thank you to all the incredible staff at our Ramona Post Office!

We DO NOT recommend going to Ramona Post Office for passport services. 1) We made an appointment. We were 10 minutes early, as requested by an e-mail. We were told the passport clerk knew we had arrived, but we were told the passport clerk was "busy". The clerk at the main desk waited on us at the main counter. We were not asked if we wanted another appointment, or whether we would be willing to wait for the passport clerk. 2) It was very clear the desk clerk was ignorant of the process of passport applications. She tried to refuse to accept a college ID card as a valid form of ID; the paper application AND the website BOTH state college IDs are acceptable photo IDs for passport applicants. We pointed this out. The desk clerk took the card into the back to check with the passport clerk; the ID was acceptable. 3) During our visit, the desk clerk, who was clearly in over her head with this process, had to take documents into the back so the passport clerk could "check them". This happened several times. 4) I was given a form to fill out, which I did. I was given no instructions on completing it. When I returned it to the desk clerk, I was told "it should have been filled out in black ink". I looked the form over; there was NO notation anywhere on the form to specify black ink. I pointed this out. The clerk took it into the back to "check on it". The form was accepted. 5) The desk clerk balked at the cash payment, but did not tell us about any alternatives. When we got the total for the fees, we had been CHARGED FOR A POSTAL MONEY ORDER. We were never told that if we paid by personal check, we could have avoided this extra charge. 6) We never did get to see the passport clerk with whom we had made the appointment. To be honest, after all the struggling by the desk clerk, I was so disappointed at the extremely poor service, I didn't even bring up the extra fee for the money order. I just wanted to finish up and get out of there as quickly as possible.

One of the lady clerks who works at the counter is rude and very unhelpful. She is even ruder on the phone. She appears to not like her job and acts very put out if she is asked to do anything. There are also lots mail delivery problems from this post office. They need to do some retraining at the Ramona Post Office.

I’m not sure if every post office is like this, but I’ve had more problems with this one than any others I’ve lived near. My packages have been misplaced or marked as delivered, but never actually are delivered. If there’s a package that needs pick up at the post office, I never get the yellow notice they always are asking for. I only know there’s one to pick up by following the tracking from my phone. Our mail carrier in our neighborhood will never bring a package to our porch even though our driveway is short and right across from the mail boxes. They would rather leave it at the foot of my driveway, right by the street ready for someone to steal!!!! Or, accidentally run over!!!! Come on? Lazy much? Sad. Why be a mail carrier if you don’t want to do the job correctly? Losing folks mail and packages left and right is not ok. 👎🏼
