The store manager was amazing and she had a new employee she was training. Her professionalism with me and how she trained her staff was above par. Friendly and very patient as I ask a lot of questions. She even looked into my account to help me save money. Amazing experience.

I had problems getting help there before. A different person was there this time. Isaiah, ISAIAH. Got my tablet working properly and that was after 3 times with tech on line assistance. What ever you're paying this guy ,it isn't enough. Thanks Again ISAIAH.

Awesome experience, after spending numerous hours at apple staple, and on phone with apple support concerning a iPhone access issue, Keyla took real good care of me in getting me all set up with a new phone! Very friendly and professional.

Well well well, 5 stars? Sure! Deserves more? yea. Had to find time to go but 5 stars? Yeah. Alejandra said you don’t make house calls. She strongly suggested I came in so I can be helped betterer. I’m not a serial killer I just wanted a new Samsung Pro Max 32Gb! But luckily I found someone to feed the pigs that I was preparing the bacon and fire for so I can take photos and my 3rd husbands funeral next week. I’m so sad Jimmy was a great man I spent the last 6 weeks with. But we all have to go sometime right? I got one of those flat chargers that it just charges it when I place it on the mat. Technology is something huh. Kayla was a good helper. Showed me all the gadgets. So sweet. Wish I could put them both in my pocket. They’ll eat good. But gotta go put the dinner on now. Having smoked duck and potatoes thank you for you help ladies

This manager girl is awesome and so knowledgeable she’s cute smart has acne idr her name cool attitude short maybe Kathy? But I have such a great experience yesterday and will be driving here again for her helped me order my new A13 the 12 wasn’t cutting it. I asked for her ig but all I got was a business card which is cool promote this goddess

This is the second time I've had outstanding customer service at this Ramona AT&T store. Yesterday Fatima handled my upgrade from my very old 6S phone to a 13 iPhone. She handled the transfer of all my phone content, showed me the different features to learn, applied the glass protector for me, and she never once made me feel like a burden to her. The process was 30 minutes start to finish (longer because I asked for as much help as I could get). Whoever manages this store, just a note that Fatima is a keeper. I will be going back to upgrade my iPad, which she says would only take a few days to have ready at the local store. Thank you so much, and happy 2022! - Lisa W.

We went in to upgrade our phones. I’m usually hesitant, because I don’t want to have to go through all kinds of up-sale stuff, but Keyla was excellent. Took care of us, upgraded our phones, transferred everything and explained our phones trade in value. Very friendly and able take care of several customers at once. Her multitasking skills are impressive! Best AT&T experience ever!
