I purchased a flower arrangement from Fiori online for relatives in their area. I specified the colors, types of flowers and stye I was looking for. It was in the online instructions and I followed up with a call to this business. They assured me they could meet my specifications (all shades of pink, roses, lilies, classic arrangement). Although when they prefaced it with "It depends on what we get in to today", I was a bit concerned). This was for an important occasion, the anniversary of a tragic death in the family. The all pink arrangement had special significance. When my family member texted me a picture of the arrangement I was appalled. It looked thrown together, was a mishmash of evergreens, burgundy, orange and pink flowers. I contacted the florist and they suggested the order had been mixed up but promised to check into this and get back to me. They said they would make it right. I never heard from them again. I am very disappointed in this transaction, the poor quality of the flowers, the lack of providing me with what I asked for and the lack of follow through. I cannot recommend this florist.

Words cannot do justice for the amazing job that the team at Fiori flowers did with this bouquet. My girlfriend loves Dahlias… and they’re not exactly easy to find in the middle of December. Fiori flowers found some and created this amazing bouquet around them. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend giving them a call!!

This place is hit or miss. They had some beautiful bouquets in the shop, but the flowers I got delivered were sparse on blooms for the high price, and, sadly, arrived already wilted. I am giving them two stars and I will likely not be ordering from Fiori again. UPDATE: I contacted them the day I received the bouquet, and they were kind enough to send me another the next day. The second bouquet was really lovely and fresh. I appreciate Fiori taking the time and effort to make it right.

My husband surprised me with a bouquet that included some of my favorite flowers (ranunculus and garden roses) - I'm SO blown away! It is so loose, full, lush, and exquisitely put together! Plus they smell amazing. I'm obsessed!

I just wanted to leave a review because I am so happy with the flower crown that I custom-ordered from Fiori for my wedding day, on September 15th of this year. I live down the street from Fiori and they were so helpful in person, over the phone, and via email, to help discuss what I'd like the flower crown to look like, and they NAILED IT. I am so impressed with the time they spent to deliver what I asked for, the flower crown itself (so beautiful!!), and even the price that it costed ($55). The people who work there are so in love with what they do, it's evident throughout the entire shopping process. I love that! I will continue to always come to Fiori for flower arrangements and anytime I need a little floral pick-me-up :)
