Customer Service at the time I placed the order was exceptional. The staff sent pictures of the arrangement to me prior to proceeding with delivery. Delivery was on time. The recepient said the arrangement was huge, beautiful, fresh and delicious. I will order again.

I have to say my whole experience with this location was absolutely amazing! The Customer service is great! They were so nice from the moment they picked up the phone until the moment the call ended! Thank you for making my daughters graduation party a memorable one . She loved the indulgence platters &the guests enjoyed every fruit . It was fresh and delicious & the chocolate covered apples were delicious. I had requested the platters to be delivered at 10am and it was promptly at our home at 9.55am. Great service & staff .

This is the most absolutely great store. I have ordered from the store in Lafayette several times and I will never order from another business that does not do half of the wonderful things that this store and it's employees, Mrs. Slay and Mrs Rister do. They could not find any better employees than those two, Excellent service as well as unbeatable quality edible arrangements, keep up the good work.😁😁😁😁

Great idea to order for birthdays, anniversary’s, graduations & parties another bonus being the staff helping you chose the best product for your occasion. 10/10

I would never buy from Edible Arrangements again. I purchased a fruit tray and other boxes for mothers day. My mom bit into a molded strawberry. I checked all of the boxes and they were all molded dipped perfectly in chocolate ! As a franchise, as a business I would think they would not sell molded fruit. I bought the items back, there was no apology or to even replace the orders with FRESH fruit. Only an apology to replace 6 fruits ! Very disappointed and I will NEVER return ! This 1 star rating is still too much of a rating for this store. The staff in this store never tried to make anything right. The staff also lied and said no manager was there today to issue a refund until I let them know that I was not driving 40 mins. On the next day for my refund to be issued ! Edit to Edible Arrangements response: To clarify the staff offered to remake only 6 count strawberry. That is all ! I have proof and evidence of the offer. As I told Mr. Grant. Thank you but no thanks ! It not only equals up to the amount of what was paid mor the gifts. But at the same time tooo if I received molded strawberries that means those will be as well.

Ordered an arrangement in early February for Valentine's day. The order was acknowledged by the store but the delivery was never received and no one at the local store will answer the phone to refund the money. I get that we're all experiencing labor shortages, but that's no excuse for why a phone call couldn't be made to tell me that you would be unable to deliver the arrangement so I could make other plans. Terrible customer service.
