Bad service I was there to make a payment and they close 12 to 1 pm to lunch unfortunately the don't have the the common sense to put that in the website I was there 12.01 end they didn't take my payment seriously.

Took 15 minutes for me to even get some help for a less then 5 minute transaction. I was on crutches and the manager kept making eye contact with me and then she would would into the back room to avoid helping me at all.

I used to bank here but changed banks in 2015. I didn't like them asking personal questions about cash deposits every time I deposited more than $500. They also acted like they were high pressure salesman people trying to talk me in to other services they thought I needed. Once I left Wells Fargo, I tried to get change for my business and they refused to give me change because I didn't bank there any longer. A bank that won't exchange money. Ridiculous!

Been with these Wells Fargans now for 10 years. Been through a lot of bankers who were once tellers. Always been a pleasure to work with them. I have never had a rude encounter or a cross word. They have been patient, understanding, and kind. I may not like Wells Fargos fees and shenanigans in Corp. However, the team in Ramona is awesome and have always been there for me personally, which is why they do get busy , so for anyone complaining about it being slow... That's because these tellers care about you, want to know you better, and give you advice based on your financial history... WHICH IS WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! So , bigs ups for these employees, you are the only reason I have stayed through it all with Wells Fargo.
