Best telecommunications service provider in Fontana, California (CA) 2024

So this review is an update of my original bad review for this particular Verizon store. Soon after I submitted my first review, the manager reached out to me personally to apologize and offer to make things right. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism shown by the manager, Ryan. For him to even attempt to reach out and offer to make things right showed that not only is he a great manager, but that he actually cares about and takes pride in the store he manages. My wife and I decided to go back and we were totally happy with our experience and the customer service provided to us by Miguel. Not only did we leave there happy but we also were able to utilize an even better trade in promotion than we originally went for. Definitely would recommend this store. ~Gabriel
