Don't even want to give 1 star they don't deserve it.!! I'm waiting for 2 days for my new phone..!! Today it's Saturday morning and I waited so long for my turn and when my turn came out that single guy which is working in this store he told that you have to wait for more 1.5 hours.!! I mean what you guys think that everyone is free to stand here for 4-5 hours are you guys serious.!! Such a bad experience and waste of time.!!

I first went in for a sim card after ordering services online. Pedro was able to assist but the online person didn't process my order; once my account was created it was missing products I specifically asked for. He suggested a better offer once I had access to my account. I went in 2 days later and he was able to come through and help sort out my issue with the online purchase. We ended up being able to sign my account to a business line once I brought my docs in and ended up being a nice upgrade to business internet. I am pleased with Pedro and Gary's service and assisting me with the issues.

I had a terrible experience and I’ve been a customer for 11 days! My bill isn’t what they quoted me , and the phones I traded weren’t given the value quoted of $800, they gave me $400 instead. The people at the store are nice , but they lied about the monthly bill and trade in value. The store representative states they’ll call me to fix the issue and they never did. I called the customer service department and they informed me the personal will call me in 10 min, no phone call was received. I’m very disappointed with the service.

So this review is an update of my original bad review for this particular Verizon store. Soon after I submitted my first review, the manager reached out to me personally to apologize and offer to make things right. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism shown by the manager, Ryan. For him to even attempt to reach out and offer to make things right showed that not only is he a great manager, but that he actually cares about and takes pride in the store he manages. My wife and I decided to go back and we were totally happy with our experience and the customer service provided to us by Miguel. Not only did we leave there happy but we also were able to utilize an even better trade in promotion than we originally went for. Definitely would recommend this store.

Do not go here for line opening or upgrade if you don’t want your money cheated. They tell you it’s a one time activation fee and the price is lower than the original activation fee of $35, but really, it’s their own service fee. You will get charged for a separate activation fee on your bill. They did not inform me if it at all, telling me that’s all I need to pay upfront and my bill will only show my plan fee. So, dont open your line here, go to a direct verizon store or just call customer service if you can’t tell the difference of direct and indirect verizon store.

Caesar and Tianna were awesome and turned a negative phone and online experience into something immensely positive. They fixed the errors that happened to me with cancelled orders and promos. Both insanely professional and were quick to get things fixed. Will be back for any questions we have in the future!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Jesse went above and beyond to help us in anything that we needed. He took his time to answer all our questions and made sure that we got the best deal they could offer us. They went as far as even driving out to get us the phone that we wanted because they didn’t have it in store.(shout out to the manager Cesar!) We took our two toddlers with us and they were so patient and sweet with our little ones. This is the customer service we need every where! Highly recommend this location, everyone working is very professional and help you in anyway they can and even go beyond your expectations. Thank you yet again to Jesse and to the Manager Cesar!!

I give them a 1 star because zero is not an option. I purchased a phone from Verizon online and this was the store closest to me that had it in stock. We went to pick it up and they made every excuse not to give us the phone we had already payed for. They suggested if we cancel the order and but it from them they can give us the phone. This place needs to be investigated by Verizon and I would advice anybody that reads this to find a reputable store. I bought from Apple and Costco in the past and never had any issues. This is "authorized retailer" that is not giving Verizon a good name. They also cancelled the order and now we have to wait for 2 to3 days and who knows how long to get my full refund. AVOID THIS PLACE! I received an email from Victra Corporate asking me to send them my information so they can address my concerns. I responded immediately and to my surprise they responded back with we can't help you call Verizon. Again I strongly recommend you avoid third party stores and use Apple or Verizon directly. These middle man relationships create nothing but complications in what should be a very smooth transaction. You buy a phone and you go pick it up. No trying to sell you additional devices or cancelling orders to order and make their quota. AVOID THIS PLACE!
