I asked an employee if I had to pre-order the iPhone 14 or if I could come in and buy one on release day. His response was “I have no idea how that works.” Maybe I’m being unreasonable but I think that’s ridiculous, sorry.

T mobile Rockville center has the worst service ever, Zero Star is myy rate. I buy a sim card with m'y international crédit card. The clerc gave me a number to call to have it activated. After a few hours on thé Line trying to get thé sim card activated thé guy on the phone told me that my card is no "valid" because it's not a US card. Thé same card I bought the sim earlier. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

10's across the board!! Danielle was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. Any apprehension I had regarding doing the "magenta switch" was alleviated. Danielle guided me throughout the entire process step by step. I also had the opportunity to compliment Danielle in front of her store manager. My mother in law went in wanting to purchase her phone after the lease ended only to be told to go home and call 611 because he could only help her if she wanted to purchase a new one. Total GARBAGE!!! Lazy and useless.

I Called to upgrade my phone. I’ve been a loyal Sprint customer for a decade. I just moved so I wanted to go to a local store. I called to see if they had the phone model in stock. Just like the other 1 star reviews said, a guy picks up. Zero professional courtesy. No manners. Acting like I was bothering him. I try to ask questions. He Sounded annoyed. Rushing me off the phone. Not letting me talk. Interrupting me. I work in retail and you treat customers like this? Mission accomplished. I’ll never step foot in your store. Get a real job you miserable A-hole.

The Assistant Manager Jonathan was extremely polite and helpful! My wife and I went in to purchase her a new phone and after he helped her, he was kind enough to help me set up my new phone as well, even though my provider is different! 10 stars !!!

terrible customer service. went in twice to see what promotions and upgrades we were eligible for. they were not helpful and seemed as if we were bothering them, on both occasions. The girl we had the second time didn't even know the product specifications. When her associate tried to explain the specs of the camera on the phone. She said she didn't care and doesn't even look at that. Not friendly at all. We walked out and went somewhere else that took care of us and they even waived the activation fees. Where this place weren't even willing to do so. Needs better customer service as well as to make the customer feel welcome and not as if they are a bother.
