This place is fantastic for the family! Be sure to check out the cosmic bowling too. The snack bar has a full food menu and our burgers, nachos, and chicken wrap were delicious. The beer menu has a wide variety. Definitely somewhere to visit many times. ~Nathaniel

This place is the epitomy of health don’t care. Continuity of care is a farce here. All the command cares about here is a name in a slot. Trust me on this one; I tried to fight it for a long time but it’s a losing battle. There is rampant unnecessary lab draws on young people. People with no medical knowledge are ordering a battery of lab tests on 20 and 30-year-olds under physicians names. It got to be too much to go through all these tests on a daily basis. Eventually I just told them to stop ordering them under my name and that I would do it myself. I mean ordering psa(Women don’t even have a prostate) on women and a bunch of young guys.... pathetic. Lazy and apathetic civilian workers directly involved in patient care just get shuffled around rather than disciplined or fired after multiple complaints from physicians they work with… that is the army way in my 3 yrs of experience as a physician here. If you have a sprained ankle or sore throat or just need a physical then you’re fine, but if you have any medical issue more complicated than that you should go off post. ~parker

I had a negative interaction similar to what ma y people have already mentioned. I was turned away 1 hour before closing with 2 workers and 3 people in line. Works spent much of my time there when I went backs a few days later on their phones. They are fully aware that they can't be fired because no one is getting hired, I know this because the two ladies working today, at 1200, on 06/16/2022 talked and laughed openly about it. I believe everyone should put up a ICE comment on this facility to make a point that these actions are unacceptable. The Soldiers of Fort Irwin deserve better. Service: Haircut ~Matthew

They're doing what they can. And they do it pretty well... after all- it's fort irwin. Hours change, hard to get through on the phone sometimes. But food is great, better price. The bar is a blast, and has a decent selection. ~andrew

Not quite the help I expected. Went there 3 days straight but there were two attendants that really didn't wanna help or just weren't comfortable with helping me for some reason. Really made me feel bad. So sadly I really have my reservations on that mobile centre/ counter inside the px. But probably other different attendants are good. I have never tried again ever since. I got helped in lawton off post in another mobile store. ~Ken

Small, but plentiful. Prices arnt that bad especially for gear. Some are even better then Kansas, for example, here is $3 for a canteen. In Fort Riley, it's $7. ~Bubbanator

Phenomenal service. These guys helped me out at no charge and at an inconvenience to themselves. Will definitely head here for all my auto needs and avoid the stealerships in Victorville, I mean dealerships. ~David
