As many others stated .... do not order delivery from them. They will leave you on hold for ever.like, they wont pick it back up. Their phone service was enough to make me not even bother placing an order.

Do not order delivery. I was told it would take an hour when in fact it took closer to two. The driver made me walk ten minutes to meet him and then when I got to the agreed upon place he wasn't there... 2 and a half hours after placing my order I'm eating overpriced, mediocre, cold pizza.

Horrible manager and customer service and they never pick up the phone and when they do they put you on hold like forever. Wish I can get the place cleaned with new staff that knows how to treat customers

I can't recommend requesting delivery. I waited for 4 hours, with patience and understanding, for my food and, upon delivery, ended up missing my condiments and silverware. I had to go out and by a pack of utensils for our salads. I had to hound the phoneline to request updates on the delivery with mixed ETAs. Pretty disappointed in the customer service.

They're doing what they can. And they do it pretty well... after all- it's fort irwin. Hours change, hard to get through on the phone sometimes. But food is great, better price. The bar is a blast, and has a decent selection.

Again my family love this place. The kids enjoyed playing basketball while we waited. I enjoyed that they had more than one counter to order from, but my only issue and this is from being in customer service The client in front of you us priority. just my one cent.

I’ve lived on base since September. I’ve tried calling to order delivery over a dozen times and not once have they answered the phone. It either rings forever or they just shut their own phone off altogether. This is especially frustrating considering they are one of few food choices on the isolated base and everything else closes at 6 or 7pm. They are either severely short-staffed or they just don’t want to work. Either way this needs to be resolved.

Decent place for a military base. Food was hot. When we went they were only serving fried foods and Pizza. The wings weren't amazing, but unless you're making them yourself or driving 30 or more minutes to somewhere else, they'll do. The Pizza was pretty tasty though! The beer was cold and the entertainment was decent for a Thursday night. Definitely swing in and check it out, you won't be disappointed.
