This is not a retail location, so customer service takes employees away from their tasks so service can be a bit slow. However, you can drop Priority Mail packages there before the last Oakland truck leaves (don't expect a scan, the bins are on the dock), and they can get you mail pieces that need a signature if you have the paper from the mailman. ~Martin
