DO NOT support this location with your money, please spend your hard earned money at a different UPS location. On several occasions I have come to this store for simple transactions and received push back or outright rejection of business because they do not understand their own policies (today was one of those days). On the same day I would go to another location like the one at 22568 Mission Blvd and they took my package without any problems. They also refuse to take Amazon returns even though UPS has a partnership with Amazon. Again, I don’t have this problem at other UPS locations. ~dima
