DO NOT support this location with your money, please spend your hard earned money at a different UPS location. On several occasions I have come to this store for simple transactions and received push back or outright rejection of business because they do not understand their own policies (today was one of those days). On the same day I would go to another location like the one at 22568 Mission Blvd and they took my package without any problems. They also refuse to take Amazon returns even though UPS has a partnership with Amazon. Again, I don’t have this problem at other UPS locations.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever gone to. I came to print out some papers for my kids school it was only two papers and he tried to charge me $5 a page. I told him can I see where it says you charge $5 a page he says I can't show you that. I do not recommend this place ever take the drive to go somewhere else because this place will try to get you for your money.

Maybe it’s a good thing their door was locked during business hours and no sign. Looking at the store rating, hard to trust a place that has 2 star rating to handle mailing packages.

Very poor customer service. Today I went to print a few papers in this location. The employees were super mean. They charged me $1 per paper even other UPS charges $10cent per paper. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

You know the slogan of the old sitcom "Cheers," the place where "everyone knows your name"? This UPS store is a neighborhood staple. I've had a mailbox here for about a year and a half, and they fetch my packages before I hand them the slip. My only issue are the long lines—the location is really too small for the amount of foot traffic.

How can I rate less than one star? We had two big packages to return, their Customer related printer are not working to print return package slip. The staff is absolutely least intrested in helping or asking further questions if they can help any other way. We were there for 30 mins figuring out solution. They could had printed for us through employee printer and we would had paid for that. Disgusting service.

Went in to return an Amazon bought product. I figured they could just scan the barcode from my phone and send my package back. Turns out ups doesn't have the technology to scan barcode from a phone. Then the lady had the audacity to say, well thou can pay to use and pay to print the label... horrible customer service, and wish that amazon did not partner with them. UPS really needs to get with today's technology and better customer service.

UPS in general is horrible with their customer service. I paid to have it delivered to my house and the driver decided to just ignore that and drop it off here. Called customer service and they were no help in resolving the issue and said I could either pick up my package where they decided to drop it off or wait another 3 days for them to try again and most likely disappoint and not complete the service. UPS is the worst delivery service and customer service. Amazon should really stop using them
