Unhelpful customers service. I called them 5 times in 3 months to close a died person's account but they don't know how to do it, and each one who answer my call told me a different things. The only thing they can do is charging you a monthly fee! even I trying to close these account but they keep it and keep changing him a monthly fee. That's disgusting

Went in this morning and was greeted by a Chase employee standing there talking to another employee… no customers were in the building. Told her I needed to change my name on my account… she went and discussed it with a banker who then came out of his office to tell me he was the only banker there on Saturday and was completely booked. No one could help me… left and went to another chase nearby and that branch was temporarily closed… I am now on my way to a third one. The customer service at Chase has really deteriorated.

They are flooding the Forest and Greenville intersection with their sprinkler system. It is running all day. Knock it off. Doesn't speak well on the manager of this bank.

If I could give the branch manager Rosa Lopez zero stars, I most certainly would. The teller that greeted me first was very pushy about closing my account, though I never once mentioned that. I came in with a simple question, and got the runaround with no relevant nor definitive answer. I will never return to this branch again. Not even the outside ATM and the higher-ups should seriously consider re-staffing this location.

Went in today to open saving account and transfer money, in process of purchasing a home. A lady stated I would have to have an appointment. No where in the buliding or Chase web site states you need an appointment. Little confused. Plan on closing my checking account and moving to a different bank. I've banked with Chase over 7yrs.Chase you lost my business. I would not recommend Chase.

If you can only meet with a personal banker by appointment only, let it be known. It is not good business to not notate that on your website or anywhere in the bank. Then customers wait in the lobby with no direction or assistance given just to ask someone and they nonchantly tell you, Oh our policy has changed. Put a sign up, notate the website, it takes 5 minutes. Note to bank customer service and reviews matter. It sucks most banks you cannot trust these days. BBVA Compass has bad reviews and this location poor service!

Always provide the best customer service! I've been with Chase more than 7 years. If I experience an issue, it's normally resolved immediately. Always greeted professionally and welcoming. I can't see myself with some other bank. Keep up the awesome work!

Staff isn’t friendly. I guess it’s the area. I’ve gone inside as well as driven through. I had a woman too busy to communicate with me and I had to ask my question two or three times. All she could say was no we don’t do that... and no explanation of how to solve my issue. Couldn’t even look my way when talking to me... and kept talking to her co worker instead. It’s fine. That’s why I don’t use chase as my primary bank. They have too many customers they could care less.
