The worst banking experience I ever had they've been stealing my money I can't use the card nowhere but Walmart customer service is lousy I'm closing my account now ~norris

I was told by a banker in this location. That they’re not required to greet nor acknowledge a customer that walks in. She was rude and not very helpful. She sounds not very helpful even before she ask my name and account number. I will never make a formal complaint but I will do this time. No wonder as of last week Wells Fargo got in trouble again big time which reflects the kind of employees they have specifically in this location. Worst!! ~C

Unhelpful customers service. I called them 5 times in 3 months to close a died person's account but they don't know how to do it, and each one who answer my call told me a different things. The only thing they can do is charging you a monthly fee! even I trying to close these account but they keep it and keep changing him a monthly fee. That's disgusting ~Texas
