The food was really good, the staff was very friendly, but for the money I would have expected a lot more. $18 for a bowl of rice, beef, veggies, and avocado, and a 20oz soda? I could've gotten a lot more for less (and a larger drink and a fortune cookie) going to a certain competitor without having to park near a dumpster. If parking and money are not an issue for you, The Flame Broiler is a great choice. Their product is healthier, after all, than their Drive Thru competitor. But, if you want more bang for your buck and don't want to worry about where you park, this is not your place. ~Jennifer

Very lazy staff. I did not want to go here because of previous experience but my daughter really wanted it. I understand how frustrating it is having customers show up close to closing time because you're trying to go home but a whole hour before closing and you're "out of chicken" no you just don't want to make anymore. The lack of responses to all these bad reviews should be enough said. ~Laura
