If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my kitten a few months back and the process of getting him was beyond difficult due to this business not answering and pushing the time further to pick up my kitten. In addition, when I received my kitten he only had half of his whiskers and when I asked the lady why she had said it was due to him “getting rough with his litter mates” which literally makes no sense. The next day I woke up to my kitten having bad diarrhea, congestion, runny eyes, and was very lethargic. He had swollen eyes, a runny nose and so many seizures. I called the girl who runs this and they told me that it was “normal” and that it should go away, needless to say it never did. I would text and call all the time because they had said to contact if there was any questions but as usual there was no answer. After several vet visits and emergency room visits my kitten passed away yesterday. I truly believe this business gave me a sick kitten, and I tried everything in my power to save him. He wasn’t more than 6 months old. My kitten suffered for months due to whatever virus he had and as I’ve read in these reviews my kitten isn’t the first to be sick or pass away. They either don’t truly vaccinate their kittens, or do a poor job of keeping them in good health before giving them to a new family. This place needs to be shut down. My kitten is finally at peace but my heart is completely broken. As you can see in these pictures below he was suffering and in pain and swollen. RIP kiam, you were loved and cared for and will never be forgotten. ~Isabel

I really recommended getting the Express ticket, saves you hours! The shows are amazing, plenty of restaurants, I recommend watching the water show, get the Harry potter rides and make sure you go downstairs for the Jurassic Park experience as well as the universal Hollywood tour. It’s a mind blowing experience, definitely had so much fun. ~Kristy

The gentleman that helped me out today was fantastic. Great sense of humor, friendly and knowledgeable. U-Haul took my online request that morning and they had movers ready to go for us that morning. The 20 foot truck drove nicely and everything went flawless for the move. ~Glaser
