The gentleman that helped me out today was fantastic. Great sense of humor, friendly and knowledgeable. U-Haul took my online request that morning and they had movers ready to go for us that morning. The 20 foot truck drove nicely and everything went flawless for the move.

Was told upon walking in to remove my mask and that "they don't work." I refuse to support anyone who is so forceful and ignorant of the fact that it's people just like him that are prolonging this epidemic. I would give zero stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Give your dollars to someone who supports the community, not to someone who wants to spread misinformation and promote sickness.

Inappropriate and unprofessional. Attendant pressured me rather forcibly to take off my mask. “You don’t need it”, he said. When I declined, he half-jokingly threatened to refuse me service. Questionable competence too: took 30 minutes trying to figure something out with the customer in front of me before I walked out fuming.
