Prices at all fast food restaurants have gone up. This restaurant is no exception. However their customer service is very pleasant. That is something one does not get at fast food restaurants anymore. This restaurant provides genuine interaction with customers. I would return back to this particular restaurant just for the pleasant human interaction.

Wait 20 minutes in line to get the order wrong. It's a regular problem at this location. They need to bring in an actual manager and clean house.

I ordered the box and it came with everything expect the chips, even though I had cheese. I have tried calling and nobody is answering. Horrible!

I' work close bye... Late night I usually go through the drive through and get me a few things ... They've never messed my order up... It's always a 10/10 experience

The food was fresh and tasted great!! They just can't seem to get the orders right... Maybe once out of the last four times I didn't have to return and ask for something the way I ordered it.

My experience at East jessamine was great,, every thing went really well every one nice and polite and really respectful ,,enjoyed.mike Vegetarian options: Vegetarian,, food was good choice.. Parking: No problem.

Poor customer service to be generous. I ordered at the kiosk and waited at the counter unserved or even acknowledged for nearly 15 minutes; until we were eventually noticed by one of the cooks who then informed one of at least 6 employees in the kitchen; who to our disbelief continued to ignore the now growing line of customers at the register. The male cook eventually came to a register and accepted our payment. He attempted to provide us with our drinks while we waited but unfortunately did not know the different flavor of frozen drinks and we were not served what we had ordered forcing us again to the unattended line at the register. It is very clear and off-putting to your customer to be so aware that there is NOONE running your shifts.

Food is good, but service is extremely slow...sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes without moving, and then some to get to the window and get my mobile order.
