Very unprofessional being a huge corporate I cannot believe they don’t let truck drivers use they’re restroom. I hope corporate sees this and fixes this big problem for drivers how is it possible they can refuse driver to use restrooms if we bring all there product to them. Very disappointing

It takes a lot effort to build a company and it needs the same effort to maintain for the company to reach its goals . I never saw a place like this very rude and unprofessional people it was raining and I was standing at the receive for 30min ringing the bell every five minutes. They have no restrooms or accommodation for the drivers request every drives to take a note and let us stop delivering this place and places like this who are unprofessional and ungrateful until they improve there service. Watch out everyone coming here

Fast unload just wish there was more room to get into the dock, some areas have cars and or semi tractor parked in front giving you less room. Nowhere to easily turn around. If you have a long hood truck your gonna have fun. Park on street wait until 8 min to your appointment the walk up to guard shack be prepared that they might have a different appointment time then you were given happens a lot here

Great place to unload. Checked in and was unloaded with 30 minutes. Alot of space to so backing up is a piece of cake.

Don’t waste your time. They only going to unload you on the date and time appointment. I booked the load from Convoy and the Ratecon have 07:30 appointment but I tried to check in day before and they told me no only tomorrow at 08:00 is your appointment. So I parked on the street and came back on the date at 07:00 then they told me again wait until 08:00 and come back because your appointment is at 08:00.

Second with Jerry Rubin. Guard is a grouchy, esp when you don't see (ignore) the 8 1/2 x 11 sign that says you must park on the street at 5am. The yard itself has little or no turning area with cars parked opposite dock. One star is for fast unload. The overnight parking is on the street & there's plenty.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, the gaurd is a grouch and the employees park across from the doors. You must park on street and check in with gaurd at big gate. WHEN you get your door they let you in. They take their time un loading you and bring your paperwork to you. 4 stars is for congested backing into dock and gaurd.

I delivered here with a load of cat litter. They unloaded me in one hour. People were friendly. Not all loads go to the main bldg so check with the guard because there is a second facility a couple blocks away. You need to park on the street at the main facility and walk to the guard and ask them what place to del. Hard to find a spot to park on street cause everbody and his uncle seem to use the street as they're yard. Dont be late. I checked in 45 min early.

If you have an early morning appointment (0400-0600) be prepared to wait at the gate while listening to fork lifts inside working. Tried calling every single extension at the place no one is at the phones, no one is working the gates, no security, might as well take a nap in your sleeper these people do not care. Who knows maybe my company rep set the wrong appointment time and they don't open at 4am but the security guard at their primary location could have told me if that was the case. Do not know how efficient they are at unloading so I'll append my comment accordingly.
