Best auto broker in Los Angeles, California (CA) 2024

Not sure how anyone could get a car without Brandon / TCQ. Brandon is great beginning to end on the car, but with so many other helpful services. He answered every single question I had and guided me through the whole process—I didn’t experience any hassle. Even when my personal situation complicated things, he was really positive and made things happen smoothly. I came to him wanting a Camaro, he made me realize that wasn’t what I wanted at all and recommended a car that I am so in love with and at such a good price I am so happy with during this craziness post Covid. AND it was actually kind of fun. Never anything else but Brandon ever again. ~Josué

I had given a good 5 stars until a few weeks passed and I saw that my payment were not what we had agreed on. This person MIKE FAWAZ is fraud and steals everyone’s money no matter who you are. By the way the picture of me in the Lexus says my payment was 299 which is a damn lie! My payment was suppose to be $370 a month turns out it’s $388 and on top of that the $1500 down payment that he asked for was not given to the dealer! He only put down partial of the $1500 and pocketed the rest! To top it off the car was not fully loaded like he said it would be! He use to work at Primetime Auto Leasing, Knock Out Auto leasing and just keeps changing the business name every time he gets in to trouble. By the way after the transaction with the car I started getting letters in the mail of someone trying to open up credit cards under my name!!! This isn’t the first time this person has tried doing this. Google these other business and you’ll notice it’s the same person stealing people’s identity and stealing people’s money.
