Above and beyond. After 16 years of having the same car I decided to get a new one. It was a nightmare until Brandon took over!!! I was in tears and Brandon took all the stress off me and made it so easy. He even sold my old car for higher than Carmax or any dealer. Not sure how anyone could get a car without Brandon / TCQ. Brandon is great beginning to end on the car, but with so many other helpful services. He answered every single question I had and guided me through the whole process—I didn’t experience any hassle. Even when my personal situation complicated things, he was really positive and made things happen smoothly. I came to him wanting a Camaro, he made me realize that wasn’t what I wanted at all and recommended a car that I am so in love with and at such a good price I am so happy with during this craziness post Covid.
