First of all I went to upgrade my phone yesterday & in talking to the sales rep Nate he advised I wait a day to get a better offer. So I already remembered why I loved this Vwrizon branch. Then when I came back today I got right in with Tyrone who was open. He was so personable & helpful. He looked for the absolute best deal I could get for upgrading my phone & then helped with all extra accessories. He treated me as if he was personally buying this for himself. He helped me pick the best phone, a case & carefully administered the screen protectors. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I also love that all the guys wear masks to be safe regardless of whether customers choose to. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone who uses their service. ~DTC

I’ve been using the pickup service for a few months. At first I had no issues whatsoever. In the last month I’ve been charged for items I didn’t get. There’s no option in your digital receipt, or email to dispute this. You have to call the manager, who didn’t answer or call back. I left a voicemail. I went to the store, there’s no customer service counter to talk to someone about it. The money miraculously showed up in my account but I really don’t like how there’s no real process to solve this when it happens. ~Maria

Tyler is a stud that’s all there is to it customer service studs like Tyler are extremely friendly very helpful very patient and extraordinarily good listeners which is good for me because I’m an extraordinarily loudmouth talker… I was having problems with my Apple earbuds which is we all know are literally engineered to be annoying when they’re not in your ear however when they work they are fantastic luckily Tyler was able to figure out that unfortunately I was going to have to send them away for a week but this didn’t even take him 10 minutes to provide me with a solution to be very helpful and the whole time very courteous the rest of the store staff seemed amazing and friendly as well so hats off to the store for having exceptionally friendly service a wonderful Lay out and some of the most helpful people I’ve experienced in retail nobody worries about price with Apple it’s all about value ~Chris

I have been here a few times. The lasagna and fried ravioli are pretty tasty. The prices are reasonable, portions are generous. I normally order here and take it to go. I will definitely eat here again. Service was good. Staff were friendly. ~nurse

Good stop for Indian food. Huge range of Indian food. Rotis could be more softer. Biriyani yummy. Must try afternoon buffet. Lassi was sour. Slightly higher price. Good hospitality and nice ambience. Absolutely no customer service. I went to get a gas, pumping machine was acting weird and wouldn’t pump. I gave up to use the hook and tried manually but when the panel shows about $4, a lot of oil came back out. I went inside to ask help, a staff lady came out and told me the gas is coming out because my car is full. I explained my car is still empty. She looked annoyed and tried to show me how to pump gas ( which is very pointless) and oil came back out again. She said something wrong with my car but I had no idea why she was so confident but she kept saying it’s not the machine it’s my car’s fault and just walked away when nothing was solved. I went back inside and asked for a phone number for the owner and her name. She was so mean that she proudly said “ Call the number on the machine!! My name is Myra!!” I was so surprised someone can be so mean when a person kindly asking for a help. I called the number but it was for The air quality management(public organization?) to report a gas leakage. I didn’t mean to but anyway I told them what happened. Next day, I got a call from them. They said they went to inspect the site and found that store manager already closed off the machine to get fixed. Now it’s proven it was that machine. Very bad experience! They don’t care the same thing could happen to the next customer. ~Mi

Chai latte awesome Avocado toast not too bad. Bread crust a little too hard. But service was great. Will be back to try other plates and drinks. Great patio, birds entertained our table. ~M

Very nice store. Clean. Great selection. Plenty of parking. Very friendly associate at the register. ~Ana
