First of all I went to upgrade my phone yesterday & in talking to the sales rep Nate he advised I wait a day to get a better offer. So I already remembered why I loved this Vwrizon branch. Then when I came back today I got right in with Tyrone who was open. He was so personable & helpful. He looked for the absolute best deal I could get for upgrading my phone & then helped with all extra accessories. He treated me as if he was personally buying this for himself. He helped me pick the best phone, a case & carefully administered the screen protectors. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I also love that all the guys wear masks to be safe regardless of whether customers choose to. I would recommend this Verizon store to anyone who uses their service.

Disgusting service. I decided to give my family new smartphones. I decided to become a Verizon customer. I ordered three brand new smartphones right in this office. I spent two hours there so that everything would be done as accurately as possible. Today I received a notification that my order has been formed and sent to this Verizon branch. However, the order is not what I asked for, not what I wanted. I spent two hours in this store and they managed to order for me not at all what I asked for. Now they say that in any case I have to wait for my order, then cancel it and then make an order again. As a result, instead of positive emotions, I got a waste of time, nerves and problems. Thanks for this to the employees of this store, and in particular Tyrone, who took my order.

Fantastic customer service here. Tyrone is the man. Bought an iPhone and iPad combo from him in May. Not only did he help me get a great deal at the time of purchase (AT&T couldn’t even touch the monthly rates with their own discounts), he also patiently helped me out a couple months later with billing questions, long after the sale. Highly recommend!!
