My experience here was OK. I don’t like apple stores very much but I got my iPad mini replaced in about 25 minutes. Staff was friendly as well.. some refreshments while waiting would be nice..

Horrible customer service. I have appointment at 3pm. It is 3:30p, and I am still waiting. According to one of the store worker, the person that checked me in didn't do it properly. So other customer that came in AFTER me received service FIRST, and I have to wait for the first AVAILABLE tech. So what's the point of scheduling an appointment?

Tyler is a stud that’s all there is to it customer service studs like Tyler are extremely friendly very helpful very patient and extraordinarily good listeners which is good for me because I’m an extraordinarily loudmouth talker… I was having problems with my Apple earbuds which is we all know are literally engineered to be annoying when they’re not in your ear however when they work they are fantastic luckily Tyler was able to figure out that unfortunately I was going to have to send them away for a week but this didn’t even take him 10 minutes to provide me with a solution to be very helpful and the whole time very courteous the rest of the store staff seemed amazing and friendly as well so hats off to the store for having exceptionally friendly service a wonderful Lay out and some of the most helpful people I’ve experienced in retail nobody worries about price with Apple it’s all about value

Got my apple 12 pro fixed. Lost audio in the phone.apple store in Manhattan beach fixed it- took 2 hours once I got the appt the same day. It’s perfect now. The guys and girls are all friendly. Safe beat

Just waste of my time, they make me wait for two hours and still want me to wait , for 30 more minutes! Unbelievable! I was there trying to see if the can fix my iPhone 12 Pro Max because for battery problems and still under apple care.

This is the WORST Apple Store I’ve ever been in the USA. Very unfriendly! The front lady scheduler she’s so bad. Very poor customer service! She’s very argumentative!!!! She pointed her fingers at me like I’m a dog to wait at the other side of the iPhones 13 table. Shame on you lady!!!!!I!!! can’t believe Apple are hiring that kind of person. Apple should be training their staff to have good customer service. I will never ever go to Apple Store Manhattan, CA and will never ever recommend the store. Toooooo bad!!!!! They deserve a ZERO star or no star at alll!!!

They have always been friendly and let you know approximately how much time you are going to wait. What people need to understand is that they are not the only one that they are helping and need to practice being a bit patient. I’ve worked retail before so I understand.

It's like any other Apple store, but I'll give this one five stars because of the girl who helped us. The was super nice and sooo efficient! She got everything we needed and helped us with everything without any trouble. Excellent service 👍

Walked in at a little after 11am Sunday morning and was added to the que. Waited almost 50 minutes in an uncrowded store watching store reps milling around and socializing and decided enough is enough and walked out. Went in to upgrade and buy a new phone for my Mom and possibly myself. Walked out with nothing and thinking just how poor the customer service was. Expected a better experience.

Service is very bad. I came about an hour ago. The rep scheduled an appointment about an hour later. When I asked him, someone will send me text or call me. He said NO. Come back at your appointment. I came back at my appointment. He said that there is no one can see you now even though this is your scheduled appointment. He wanted me to wait again 10-15 minutes. He gave me a very lame example that when you go to a doctor’s appointment, you still need to wait. The doctor is not waiting for you. I am not here at the Apple store to see a doctor. I am here to fix the issue the sales rep. made. I cannot believe their service. Apple has changed. It’s quality of service went down to trash level. Look at Apple stock price. It reflects their quality of services.
