I've had to come here for a few different reasons over the last few months, and I've always been helped in a timely manner, by the most polite employees! Whether it was switching to a new device, or getting a new phone all together for my father, everyone here is so helpful. It's not easy working in customer service!!!

My new phone is being shipped to the incorrect address, but T-Mobile did nothing to fix the issue. I contacted the store immediately after receiving a confirmation email with the incorrect shipping address and was told to call customer service. But after speaking with customer service, they told me to return to the store. So I went back to the store and was told to contact UPS directly to redirect the package, but was not even given the tracking number. The level of service I received was very subpar and no one seemed interested in helping me with my situation.

Being 5 days post op from surgery my daughter was ready to get a phone upgrade .. so I called to ask about the deals they have right now and this guy name Greg answered and gave me the deals ( because I was still kinda out of it I came in with my 2 daughters, sure enough Greg greeted me right away and said he’d be right with me, within 5 mins he came to help me, when I say he helped me every possible way and told me about the new 5g internet also about the family location sharing plan .. he deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I walked out of there with 2 brand new phones, iPhone 13 pro and a iphone13 for my other daughter And because he’s so good I’ll be coming back next month for my bday to get my phone upgraded .. this stores whole staff is amazing.. I’m a picking person so to compliment a store like this means allot

The manager Sylvia and her entire staff were professional, patient and kind. They went out of their way to "pull some strings" in oder to go above and beyond regarding customer service. The only frustration and dissatisfaction I experienced was with T-mobile Corporate itself. If the company as a whole were as user friendly as the staff at the N Lake store, I would have posted a five star review. T-mobile, please take a look at some of your inefficient procedures.

Went in to get help with a new phone and Sport 2 watch. I was helped by the store manager Sylvia. She was thorough and patient. Never seemed impatient nor did she rush me out. Great knowledge and superb customer service!!!!!

A DISRESPECTFUL SITUATION @1271 LAKE AVE PASADENA As I walked into the store the manager immediately walked to the back and never acknowledged me. Once she did she continued to talk over me with no respect as a customer. I happened to be A Black man that stood for minutes without any acknowledgment. Will not tolerate the level of disrespectful customer service representative.

The service used to be more or less not that good but we could understand in waiting. a long time, but this year 2021 from August to date I have had a bad service just for asking for a further explanation of the plans why the person who was helping me only wanted to give me to finish soon what he asked I only had to answer. Yes or no and as I don't like it and I asked him for a better explanation, he literally threw me my ID and called the next customer. I hope. May this comment help to improve and have better services.

I know there are a lot of T-Mobile stores in Pasadena and surrounding areas BUT, this is the only one I ever go to. The employees are all really nice, even when customers are sometimes difficult. I trust them at this store to give me the best deals, and I’ve never been disappointed yet. The store is always clean and with COVID they are following all of the rules so I feel safe coming into the store.

Honestly I hate this T-Mobile so much. I only stayed because I had already waited 10 minutes and I didn't have time to go to the one I would normally go to. Every time I have to go to T-Mobile and I go to this one it's nothing but problems. It's the slowest T-Mobile. You can literally be waiting 30 minutes just for them to tell you at the end of it they can't do anything for you. It's not organized and it's extremely slow. If you want to be waiting for a long time, get bad service and absolutely no help I highly recommend this T-Mobile. I personally prefer the T-Mobile on foothill. Better customer service and they have you in and out.

I came in today to get my phone upgraded. I'm not going to lie, it was a long wait. But! Even though I waited a really long time today, I can't blame any of the workers at this T-Mobile. There were just so many customers lining up to be assisted, and initially, there were only two people working. It was insane. (It's not the employees' fault that they're understaffed!) However, these two (Chris and Taylor) did a solid job helping each person that came in through that door. I commend Chris in particular! He was amazing. I rarely see a customer service person be so upbeat, polite and efficient the same way Chris was. He was like an Efficiency Snowstorm: helping people with their phones and questions here, greeting and apologizing for the long wait to people entering the store, entertaining the customers he was assisting (my dude's got jokes), rushing to the backroom to get stock, remembering people's names, and even empathizing with an old lady who got her phone stolen. He was pretty much consistently helping out four people at the same time. It was exhilarating watching him in action. He is quite possibly one of the best customer service persons I've ever met. 10/10 would recommend
