I am extremely satisfied with the customer service I got from Eduardo I called over the phone to make an appointment to come into the store and I asked was the phone I wanted in stock and Eduardo told me yes I can come in at that time 4:30 and yes the phone is in stock and he was very nice professional, helpful he also helped me get my new phone it took a little after the stores closing time and Eduardo was committed to getting me my new phone I thank him for ll of his hard work and I will come back and recommend people to this boost mobile location and to Eduardo thank you for all your help.

Eduardo was amazing! He helped me so much! Thank you so much. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have gotten what I needed from anyone else. His patience and willingness to do whatever it took to get me what I needed was a lifesaver. My husband had the same kind of experience with him before this and then again a few months later. This guy should be duplicated for all boost stores, wish the boost closest to my home was as great, but that’s ok I just go see Eduardo in Pasadena!
