it is rare to find a business that cares about its customers, and its employees. Di-No is definitely that place! I needed to get a diagnostic run on my 27" 2017 iMac, so I spoke with David on to set up an appointment for a time that accommodated my schedule. Since I need my computer for work, I could not let it stay overnight at their facility, and David graciously informed me that I could wait in their showroom. in the time that I was there, I witnessed something that is rare in this day and age. No matter what customers came in, everyone that worked at Di-No was so cheerful in assisting them and making sure their customers were taken care of. The owner was present and very clearly cares about his employees and the community, and it showed with every single interaction I witnessed. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and they sell apple products in-store (hello instant-gratification, bye-bye amazon). This is a business that I will gladly recommend to family and friends, and moving forward I will be using them for ANY and EVERY apple-related need. Thanks David and the Di-No Team!

I called in to get my 2015 macbook pro battery replaced and it was a breeze! They not only replaced it, but got the work done in less than 4 hours - same day drop-off and pick-up! My computer feels brand new! Di-No Computers has ALL my mac needs in one place and without all the apple store nonsense. I'm never going to the apple store again!

I cracked up my iPhone 12 pretty bad (screen AND case) and failed to increase my iCloud backup space. I was looking at losing 6 months worth of photos, text messages, and more from my last successful backup date. I took my phone to Di-No computers, and they recovered ALL my data within TWO HOURS of me bringing my phone in!! It was miracle. Their price was also FAR more reasonable than any of the other data recovery services out there. I *highly* recommend them for iPhone data recovery!

This is the best place in SoCal for anything Apple. They know the product, they know where to get it if they don't have it and then will go above & beyond to make sure you get everything you need as well as the best advice for your setup and situation. I've been going here for years and I'm always impressed. Thank you for being there! Oh and if you choose the Apple Store instead of Dino, then you must have wanted to deal with a rookie salesman that doesn't know a thing about the products - too bad for you...

I came to Di-No because Apple couldn't help me with an older model Macbook Pro I have. They recommended Di-No. I've been here twice for Macbook Pro issues: one hard drive issue and one cracked display. The folks here are honest, kind, and accomodating. I feel so much peace about my equipment being taken care of here. I've had terrible experiences with other repair shops, but this place has employees that aren't trying to price gauge you, they've offered me alternative, creative and affordable solutions to each of my issues, and they are very upfront without pressure of trying to sell you anything. I'm grateful I feel like I can go to this facility and get solutions with integrity. Thanks Di-No for being a repair place tech-laymen such as myself can trust and afford.

Last week my older Mac G5 crashed and I was horrified since I had not backed up my files in a long while. My experience at Di-No was great! Avery the technician solved the problem the same day. A real life saver and very courteous and professional. I could not have been happier with the service. Di-No gets all A+++ from me...

I always thought this place was a Pasadena institution and had heard great things about it. I took a non-Apple product in that had a small, external mechanical issue, not knowing they exclusively work on Apple products. The man who greeted me when I entered was so rude to me that I will never go here for any of my Apple products, and I will go out of my way to recommend just about any other repair place to family and friends - even few exorbitantly expensive Geek Squad.

It's too rare a business cares more about informing customers and being honest than upselling, but it seems to be a foundation of their operation. Really great service and now my six year old iMac is operating faster than my smartphone, thanks to Di-No installing a solid state hard drive. Gave me a really detailed assessment of my machine and gave me what I needed to make an informed decision, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thanks to everyone at Di-No, highly recommend their services.

Di-No Computers is the PREMIER Apple Partner. I was blown away by their honesty not trying to sell us on a solution but showed us a DIY way to a needed solution, saving $250. We plan to be back!
