This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a Best Buy store. The sales people had very limited knowledge and understanding of the products they were attempting to sell and could not accurately answer questions. It was evident through my experience today that not one person I encountered cared about assisting me in my purchase or ensuring a pleasant experience. I will never return to this location.

This company has managed to not only survive but thrive during a time when most people head online to buy their electronics. They do it by stocking great items with great prices and hiring very helpful, friendly employees. I am always pleased with my purchases when I buy here, and as fast as some of the online companies can make deliveries, I love being able to get in the car, physically touch the products then take them home immediately. I will always try to make my electronic purchases at Best Buy before buying from an online-only retailer.

Asked sales man for help finding a air conditioner. He told me to figure what one I wanted on my phone and then he would help .so I went to another sales person he went totjw store computer and he helped me find a purchase my computer. He also found the service the was correct for where live. Because I was at Pasadena store but lived in L.A. on delivery day they put my air conditioner down stairs and took off no call no nothing . My neighbor rings my door bell and told my my air conditioner was sitting down stairs. Then the delivery guy call me and tells me he does not have my address. But you just delivered my air conditioner to my address. I this has been a night mare from the time I entered best but store. I have a $5000 credit card with you. And this is how you treat me. I am done can not do this with you anymore

The process of order and pick up is always very simple at Best buy. The best thing about my experience today was that there was a greeter at desk in front that acknowledged me and directed me to where I needed to go. Impressive.

Best Buy is a nice place for electrics. There not that many stores that sell electronics. Best Buy has the worst customer service. When you buy a product from them. If the product stops working after a short period of time. You should be able to return the product and get store credit to use to purchase a product to replace the product that stopped working. Best Buy should be able stand behind their products no matter what the cost of the product. Customers shouldn't have to rely on extended warranties. I can understand for open box items, but for new unopened products. People should have peace of mind that their products won't break after a short period of time. People have a budget they like to keep under. They don't have the extra money to go over their budget. Best Buy should not be Buyer Beware.

Well the experience the times I have came here have been OK. Twice I was able to buy something that was actually available to pick up at the store but that's about it. The customer service is lacking, there is hardly anyone on the sales floor for assistance and the staff at the front that check your receipt before you step out of the store don't really like to help with anything. For example I came in today to make a return of a defective product and when I walked out, someone parked so close to my car that I couldn't even get inside of it to leave, someone told me the driver of that car entered the best buy store here which I had just walked out of and I asked the staff at the front if they could please Page the person who owned the car that parked to close to me so he or she can move their car a bit so I can fit into My car and leave and they told me NO, they don't control anything that has to do with the parking lot and gave me a 626 area code number that wouldn't pick up the phone. That was some legit garbage service as I told them that the person came into the store and they still refuse to use their intercom to Page that person. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush to get home so I waited 10 minutes for the driver to finally come out of the store so he could move his van. He did apologize which I appreciated that but again that was some stupidly poor customer service on bestbuy's part. This doesn't change my feeling on returning here to buy merchandise as the lack of customer service was due to parking issues but they could have been nice and at least paged the person. Don't come here expecting excellent customer service. I've had a similar issue at the magnolia store inside the bestbuy store in Burbank and they were nice enough to intercom that vehicle owner asking them to please come to the front service desk. I guess I expected too much from.rhe Pasadena store.

I just came from the Best Buy Pasadena store to buy a cable for my display. I checked online to make sure the cable was in stock before driving to the store. I went to the section of the store that sells computer accessories but didn't see any store employees that could assist me. I finally tracked down an employee who scanned the SKU number confirming two cables were in stock. I politely asked him to help me find the cables but he just shrugged off my request. I will never spend money at Best Buy again. With Best Buy, customer service doesn't exist or doesn't matter! Shop Amazon or anywhere else but here.

Best Buy is a great store, especially this location! I was immediately greeted by Chris and my visit would have been longer if not for his help. I was able to purchase exactly what I needed and was out the door in 10 minutes, great visit, thank you Chris! 😁👍

I was watching a short documentary about the best buy CEO and how he managed to keep all the stores open when majority of consumers turned to online shopping. He had noticed that consumers would come to the store to check out an item and to see it in person,, but would go back and order it online since it was less expensive. What he did was he offered price match with online stores like Amazon, now you don't have to wait for shipping, best buy will match the price for you, now this isn't something brand new, but it is how they managed to stick around these days. I was on the store website browsing to purchase a blender, after reviewing and comparing the two models that i wanted i noticed i can pick it up same day from the store, so i drove down to purchase it in person. When i got there, i couldn't find what I had came down for, i saw two associates standing around near the tv station , i was hesitant to ask them for assistance since i knew the response that was to follow "sorry i dont work at this department, let me get you someone who can help" however that was not the case, both guys rushed to m6 assistance, they scanned the bar code and went down to hunt the item for me, they even checked back to make sure they were looking for the right item, since the display didn't match the price tag. After few short minutes they came back with the blender i wanted. They even helped me with checkout, so i didn't have to wait in line to check out. Much better customer service than i was used to by best buy associate. I added 2 photos of the food i made by my ninja kitchen products Ninja foodi air fryer / pressure cooker Ninja IQ blender
