We were greeted right away and our name put on the list. A couple of minutes later a young man approached us to help. Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped my son pick out the right item for his school needs. You do need to find street parking or go to a parking structure.

Came in a few weeks ago to receive a diagnostic test for audio. A technician ended up attempting to clean it. Used a brush, looked like a hard bristle toothbrush, which I believe pushed whatever was micro on surface of mic further down into the cavity. After running the second diagnostic the technician says that now the mic will have to be replaced. Should have just cleaned it at home myself. It would have taken an hour or more but wouldn’t have to replace a $200 mic. I regret going.

Apple used to have superior customer service. Not sure it’s exclusive to this location, but I came in ready to spend money on a new iPhone and everyone acted like they were too good to help me. After years of loyal Apple purchasing, this experience got me excited to try Samsung!

Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment. They will first pretend your appointment doesn't exist, then make you wait in a line anyways. Following an apparently nationwide trend, it seems Apple is deliberately trying to make returns/repairs more difficult in response to the weakened supply chain and that is reflected in the service at this location, among many others.

Need to be more listening. They must allow people to speak and not rush things. We are not all Apple geeks so let us explain our way. The good news that they were able to fix the screen, but it wasn’t smooth although i made online appt.

I was there yesterday and spoke to three different people. I wanted a phone which they set up an appointment for me to come back this morning 10am when they didn’t even have it in stock…!!! To top that I wanted a laptop case which I had in my hand and one of the sales people told me if you buy all in one go then you can get more discounts. I asked him if they had more in stock and he tells me, yes, we have hundreds and today I was told that the case was also gone…!!! It’s hard to believe how so many incompetent and incapable people could all be hired in one store! And this is NOT the first time that they failed me…

Bottom line is this. Apple staff are trained to make sales. They're there to sell you new whatever. They use the word technician but they aren't technicians. That's to get your hopes up high to make you think that you can get a repair there. That's called wasting your time! Their goal is to get you to spend money on a new device which requires you to have a new bill. Bottom line

Such a frustrating experience. We walked in ready to make a purchase and the staff asked us to wait for 20 minutes. The problem is, they had 15 staff loitering around and chatting amongst themselves instead of actually helping customers make a purchase. They do this to “encourage” people to play around with the devices but this strategy is very frustrating. They purposely don’t take your phone number to keep you in the store.

Some customer service are very good some of them have no clue what they are doing, been here three times to trade in my iphone, first time they told me I need to back up the phone, when I did it, next time they told they will do yhr transfer at store but but they dont have time, third time they couldn’t find the option for att trade in!!!! Very frustrating!! I did the same thing online and was much easier, they are not trained very well

What are we reviewing here? Apple or this particular store? I always find the atmosphere inside Apple stores to be really good. This store is quite busy most of the time but even though we were there on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, we were still able to get significant help and attention from staff, who were both able to provide objective facts and their own valuable personal opinions.
