What are we reviewing here? Apple or this particular store? I always find the atmosphere inside Apple stores to be really good. This store is quite busy most of the time but even though we were there on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, we were still able to get significant help and attention from staff, who were both able to provide objective facts and their own valuable personal opinions. ~Andreas
Di-No Computers Inc
it is rare to find a business that cares about its customers, and its employees. Di-No is definitely that place! I needed to get a diagnostic run on my 27" 2017 iMac, so I spoke with David on to set up an appointment for a time that accommodated my schedule. Since I need my computer for work, I could not let it stay overnight at their facility, and David graciously informed me that I could wait in their showroom. in the time that I was there, I witnessed something that is rare in this day and age. No matter what customers came in, everyone that worked at Di-No was so cheerful in assisting them and making sure their customers were taken care of. The owner was present and very clearly cares about his employees and the community, and it showed with every single interaction I witnessed. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and they sell apple products in-store (hello instant-gratification, bye-bye amazon). This is a business that I will gladly recommend to family and friends, and moving forward I will be using them for ANY and EVERY apple-related need. Thanks David and the Di-No Team! ~Charles

I've had to come here for a few different reasons over the last few months, and I've always been helped in a timely manner, by the most polite employees! Whether it was switching to a new device, or getting a new phone all together for my father, everyone here is so helpful. It's not easy working in customer service!!! ~kristen
Club S Karaoke
Glad this place is open again! Steve is as wonderful as ever! I got a few vodka sodas that were smooth and strong. Karaoke was happening with a lot of great singers so I only did three songs. The vibe was mostly country but there was plenty of pop and rock too. Can't wait to be back again. ~Diego
Magnolia
Great bunch of people who can help you with audio. They sell low to.mid level audio. I wish they had mbl, raidho, magneplanar, audio research. They do have marantz which is a solid choice for low end gear. ~Art
Bed Bath & Beyond
Nice, bright, clean and large location with ample parking including handicap stalls in front. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of cashiers when needed. Inventory and selection was very good. Found what I needed and they knew how to use coupons. Will be back again when I am in the neighborhood. ~Jimmy

The vibe in here is nice, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They carry a very nice array of metaphysical and holistic curios, reagents, and other things of the sort. Nice selection of books, as well. Things are reasonably priced, all things considered. Will definitely be back here in the future! ~Taylor
Best Buy
Well the experience the times I have came here have been OK. Twice I was able to buy something that was actually available to pick up at the store but that's about it. The customer service is lacking, there is hardly anyone on the sales floor for assistance and the staff at the front that check your receipt before you step out of the store don't really like to help with anything. For example I came in today to make a return of a defective product and when I walked out, someone parked so close to my car that I couldn't even get inside of it to leave, someone told me the driver of that car entered the best buy store here which I had just walked out of and I asked the staff at the front if they could please Page the person who owned the car that parked to close to me so he or she can move their car a bit so I can fit into My car and leave and they told me NO, they don't control anything that has to do with the parking lot and gave me a 626 area code number that wouldn't pick up the phone. That was some legit garbage service as I told them that the person came into the store and they still refuse to use their intercom to Page that person. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush to get home so I waited 10 minutes for the driver to finally come out of the store so he could move his van. He did apologize which I appreciated that but again that was some stupidly poor customer service on bestbuy's part. This doesn't change my feeling on returning here to buy merchandise as the lack of customer service was due to parking issues but they could have been nice and at least paged the person. Don't come here expecting excellent customer service. I've had a similar issue at the magnolia store inside the bestbuy store in Burbank and they were nice enough to intercom that vehicle owner asking them to please come to the front service desk. I guess I expected too much from.rhe Pasadena store. ~Jose

Laura at plumbing is excellent, recently I remodeled my entire kitchen and bathroom, Every time I went there she helped me, very friendly and even when I returned some items, she smiles and tries to help me with extra miles, I have never met somebody like that before so I want to let her manager know how wonderful a job sheβs doing π ~SUSAN
