The best part I’m the only customer at the time I visited the store. The store clerk was happy to see me and offered me to test the mattress I’m planning to purchase. I also tried other brand for comparison. The brand mattress I bought has a special price and gift for the Labor Day weekend sale. I highly recommend to try the mattress before purchasing because I learned from my mistake. ~Eleanor

I had a great experience. Jonathan was very kind, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. I was given great information in the pros and cons between two different phone options I was choosing between. After some issues with shipping my phone he contacted me personally and was concerned why my phone was taking so long to arrive. He assisted me for a couple hours on his own accord and after some time was able to cancel the order and give me the same phone in a different color that was available at the store. Turns out to be the color I originally wanted so it all worked out. I was never frustrated about the delay I just figured it was something to do with Covid but Jonathan wanted to make sure that I was taken care of because he knew my phone was barely working. ~A.

I've been having UPS packages delivered here for the last couple of years so that I don't have to be home to sign for them or have them sitting on my front porch until I get home. But now, suddenly, this store has decided that they will no longer accept these deliveries, even though they are on the list of places where I can have my UPS packages delivered. So, you guessed it, they just refused a UPS package delivery, and they also refused to help me to get it rerouted somewhere else. They claim they don't contract with UPS for that. Even though they are "The UPS Store." It's right there in the name. Unbelievable. They should not be allowed to call themselves a UPS Store. They lost my business and anyone else I can convince to not use them. ~Jay
