Very friendly, gave thoughal explanations, and helpful with my phone issues. My issue was with voicemail on a new phone. After exhausting all remedies I was referred to Verizon tech. The Verizon tech was difficult to understand and we lost connection. With what I got from the call I attempted and was able to correct the problem. This was a feature that existed on the account.

I had a great experience. Jonathan was very kind, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. I was given great information in the pros and cons between two different phone options I was choosing between. After some issues with shipping my phone he contacted me personally and was concerned why my phone was taking so long to arrive. He assisted me for a couple hours on his own accord and after some time was able to cancel the order and give me the same phone in a different color that was available at the store. Turns out to be the color I originally wanted so it all worked out. I was never frustrated about the delay I just figured it was something to do with Covid but Jonathan wanted to make sure that I was taken care of because he knew my phone was barely working.

I had bought an S22 ultra from Samsung somewhere else and had a question about the phone.. I brought it in and Jonathan was incredibly helpful, Lee helpful, even though I had not bought the phone at this location.. He even took time to help me learn about the camera the pen and other settings that I didn't know how to use. 5 star service . Thank you

We showed up 45 minutes before closing and Jonathan said they were very busy helping other customers but if we came back in 30 minutes he would help us and stay after closing if necessary for us to purchase a hotspot and data plan. When we came back shortly before closing, he was true to his word and certainly went well above and beyond what anyone might expect to make sure we got the device and plan we wanted before we left the store.
