I haven't had blaze in like 2 years, I came here tonight only to find all this.. I hope ELIZABETH can read this and see how the employees are stepping on the trays were those are used to bake the pizzas,ice over flowing and all over the floor,and flat out is just "GROSS" I WILL NEVER COME BACK.. generous enough to give this place 1 star..

We walked in around 8:30pm. There was about 7 employees. I only saw 3 actively working. The young guy in glasses assisted us with our order and was really helpful and nice. We ordered two 11in and one 14in. We were unaware the 14in is an online item only. We found out because as were paying the guy who was rining us up made a comment&then another girl who was doing absolutely nothing but standing around blurted out what had happened. So then, another guy asks about the situation and says he will go tell "him" (referring to the guy who helped us). In my opinion I believe that was completely unprofessional and could have been talked about when there was no customers. I left the location feeling sad&angry because if I would have known, I would have placed the order online & could have avoided the situation for the young guy who assisted with my order. Also, there was a line about 6-8 customers behind us and yet it was still just the same one guy making the pizzas and like I previously mentioned that was the inappropriate time to inform him considering he was the only one actually working on the line of customers.

I love Blaze Pizza (Normally). Tonight was the first time I was dismayed. I wanted olives on my pizza --no olives. They were short on mushrooms, sauce, etc. Very Disappointed. The trash bin was over flowing, Had to really push to get my stuff in. There were pizzas out of oven stacked up and bottom line very inefficient. First time ever.

Love Blaze Pizza's vegan pizza! I spend my monthly uber eats credit here every month. The 1 top large pizza is a pretty good deal for this area.

Went tonight with my boy and we loved it. Great pizza and the staff tonight was just fantastic. Thanks to the lovely girl who patiently took our order from my 6 year old and to the cashier, Ivan, who discussed my son’s name with him at length and made we him feel very cool and special! Awesome customer service!

We use the online ordering service on the website and not only are the prices stellar, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and got to us hot. It was also incredibly easy to order online using Blaze’s website—easier than other delivery platforms. We are never disappointed with Blaze pizza in Marina!

This is the third time I’ve been here over the last two years, and I can’t say third time’s a charm. Besides the young man who came out and helped us determine which of their GF crusts are also egg-free (I have newly discovered allergies) *every other* staff member seemed to consider my presence a bother. I was there around 3pm today, not another customer in sight, and they still couldn’t muster any effort towards customer service. All this AND they’re out of bacon?! If we hadn’t already gone through the hassle with the crust selection and the said crust wasn’t already smeared with pesto and barely sprinkled with vegan “cheese”, I probably would have just left. I should have just left.
