Customer service just isn't accommodating. I tried cashing my check with the clerk John and he just wasn't accommodating at all. He straight out told me no because the check date was 1 day early. He didn't even ask for the manager which is what usually happens. He only tried selling me on opening an account and when i said no he replied with "Guess we'll see you tomorrow." This guy has to be new because I've never seen him in my years of coming to this place. He needs to get retrained or something. He will not go the extra mile for people, bare minimum. ~Mike
