Worst customer service ever. Ive never seen someone as rude as the girl on the floor. Ridiculous customer service. She was clearly too lazy to do her job and was extremely rude. I would never shop from this place again. Absolutely dissappointed.

Terrible customer service. Young girl really rude and they close the fitting room an hour before the mall close. Good luck getting rid of your clothes of people can’t try on.

Stopped by the store at 7pm and doors were locked, no signs anywhere. Went on Google and saw the review below about them being short-staffed. That’s unfortunate, but the least you could do is leave a sign on the door and update your hours?? What a total waste of time and energy.

If you club wear, this is the place go. Only carry 3 sizes and limited selections. Maybe because it's prom 🤔 but not impressed.

Last time I came in I couldn’t try items on because they were short staff. Today I walked in at 7pm and The lady came over and said we’re closed and I was like wait you guys close at seven and she’s like yes tomorrow we open at 11am. And so she walked me out and then I go out and quickly look online and both Google and the website say 8 PM they close today Friday. All other stores were still open except for Windsor.

Worst customer experience ever. They never ship things on time. It is always delayed, you can never rely on the shipping date. Even if you end up paying for fastest shipping it’s still horrible. Very disappointed

Fitting rooms are closed and formal dresses are not returnable how are you supposed to buy a dress without trying it on

They have a $7.00 sale on all there clearance items!! I was happy to go to 2 locations to stock up.
