This place is a joke. Do not come to this store! I overheard one sales rep saying something to a customer and another sales rep had to correct them. As soon as we walked up to ask if they could just transfer our data from one phone to another the sales rep tried to dissuade us from doing the transfer stating it was "apple launch week" . We told them we could leave the phone so they could help us with the transfer. Then it turned into well we need to charge you $35 dollars just to do the transfer. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager was rude, so we left. ~lidya
