This place is a joke. Do not come to this store! I overheard one sales rep saying something to a customer and another sales rep had to correct them. As soon as we walked up to ask if they could just transfer our data from one phone to another the sales rep tried to dissuade us from doing the transfer stating it was "apple launch week" . We told them we could leave the phone so they could help us with the transfer. Then it turned into well we need to charge you $35 dollars just to do the transfer. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager was rude, so we left.

Fraud alert!! Was scammed on a phone at another T-Mobile store and came here the next day for a refund and they slapped with a $70restocking fee! You can’t sell phones fraudulently then charged restocking fees. Was told phone was $199 then get home and there’s a $20 plug, $40 screen protector (never asked for) and the $199 is also $92/month for god knows how many months at an undisclosed interest rate. Unless if you say it’s $199 it’s $199. HORRIBLE!!!

Jackson ROCKS... He went OVER, staying late the first visit when I had to bring in a defective Home Internet Gateway I had just received from Corporate, swapping out the SIM card that came with it and then testing it in store... which I oversaw. ...then AND ABOVE on the second visit 2 nights later, again staying late, to completely swap out the Gateway which was still defective, spending over 30 minutes on the phone with Corp. trying to sort out the paperwork issues...

I read the reviews before going and I should had believed everyone. Worst location ever. No one was helpful, seem like they had no clue of anything. The guy infront of me said "call the help desk they do way more." Why downt T-Mobile save money and shut this location down. Dear lord they didn't even know how to use the computer. It was the worst experience I ever had! Never coming back to this location!

Horrible service by Stephanie. Rude and disrespectful. She told me that Tmobile customer service number you call gives people the runaround only to send them to the store to be told they cant help you. She then told me to call that same numebr several times until someone can help. She had me talk to a representative for 40+minutes and then told me my time was up, she took the phone and hung up. Still cant believe this happened.

Avoid these kooks. Terrible experience. I walked in here after my phone, passport and wallet were stolen while traveling. When asked for my ID, I began explaining the situation as I pulled out a printed copy of my drivers license, but before I could finish explaining one of the guys, the short one, rudely interrupted me with a cold hard "NO." I finished telling my story to the other guy, to which the short guy rudely said again, "NO. We don't accept that." While the taller one was explaining the "policy", the short one was talking to himself and used a few cuss words. I cuss all the time, but never in front of customers while I'm at work... lol. I ended up going to the San Clemente store and the girls there were awesome and helped me out. This store needs a refresher course in customer service. Like tone of voice, listening to understanding, trying to create solutions... Glad I was able to get a phone from the SC store, but I won't be returning to this Mission Viejo branch.

Don't go here ! We have gone to several T - Mobile stores, but this is by far the worst. I have called them on two different issues on my phone. They tell me to come down and they can take care of it, without charge, and when I get here, they say something else....usually with some sort of extra fees. I called their customer service line and got the 2nd problem resolved, no problem, as promised, no extra fees... and with a little work solved the 1st issue myself. So I don't trust this location anymore and will not return to them. They have other location nearby that are much better, and I feel more honest. I also found their attitude basically said " I could care less" when I complained about the run around they have given me.

Worst customer service experience ever at a T-Mobile location. The reception not welcoming and being shadowed while checking out a phone like you're going to steal it or something. Crazy. Situation needs to be elevated. Covid or not. Unacceptable.
