Best car rental agency in Modesto, California (CA) 2024

Gave me a car that after first day beeped loud the entire time I was driving because the 4WD wasn’t serviced. After returning my car I told the gentleman the issue and asked what we could do about it? He said well we wouldn’t have given you car that was defective… I told him I’m not saying that I’m saying as a corporate customer what can we do to make this right? I had the ceo of my company riding with me and it was very annoying and loud. He said yeah sorry thanks for letting us know…. That was it… that in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous so just be aware folks they don’t take responsibility for cars they have on road. Not even a hey let’s take care of you I can offer this or that even just a sincere apology. I chose to rent from this enterprise because of more selection won’t be back. Very poor experience ~Karen
