Rented a Ford f150 for the weekend, had to request that they wash it. When they bought it out the roof was really filthy. I mentioned it to the guy who was renting it to me. His poor excuse was the pressure sprayer didn't reach that far. I had to take it to a car wash and pay $40.00 . When I pay $400.00 to rent a brand new truck I expect it to be clean. I sure do miss customer service. The guy was a jerk too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Friendly customer service And efficiency while renting a car today from this location! My car was ready when i arrived. five minutes and I was driving out of the parking lot. Fast friendly and very clean.

I got a car and had it for a month and 2 weeks and they got over $2,000 dollars plus a $ 200 deposit plus they wanted to add over another thousand. What price gouging. I will never rent from here again or suggest this place to anyone else. Watch out if you call to extend days on rental because you will get different prices when or if you call back to confirm what fees are to make it current. I got covid while I still had rental and was told they would have someone come get it because I wasn't able to drive much less go get gas in it. Guess the fuel was $200

I had some crazy vandalism happen to my rental car while I had it, along with the dealership dragging my "fixed car" out weeks at a time. The staff was so awesome about it, especially one of the managers named Steve. They were all so nice and Steve was very understanding and helpful. He was able to get me the paperwork the courts needed when nobody else from the Enterprise Damage Unit was willing to help. I was in a very stressful situation but they were so calm and helpful. I actually have to rent a car again this month for pleasure and will be going back because of my experience here.

I've rented cars from here several times without any issues. Friendly customer service. However this last time here my car reservation was for 12p. I showed up 10 minutes early and didn't get my car until 12:25pm. On top of that I was given a car with two tires low on air which I didn't notice until I was driving out of their parking lot. I'll still rent a car from here in the future. Things happen sometimes. I'll make sure to check my tire pressure next time before driving out.

So not my favorite place for some previous dealings and they’re a little on the expensive side with what I feel are few benefits but the service here has been really solid for our last few rentals. Easy pickup and return for sure and the staff lately has really stepped up and seem to care about the customer. Thank you!

First I want to say thank you to Javier for setting me up to get a rental car for my two day trip to LA. Everything went smooth and quick. I actually ending up getting an extension for the car three more days. I will definitely be recommending every one I know to come here.

Liz was genuine and gave exceptional service. You can tell that she takes pride in her job and was very thorough and explained everything in detail so my dad could understand, and he's not an easy person to explain things to sometimes. The staff in general are very professional in both appearance and demeanor. Very impressed by the experience today.

Got what I went for BUT customer service is not the greatest. Rented 2 x due to insurance claim. Both times they sent even acknowledge you when you come in. Not even when you have multiple staff members standing around just eyeing I guess to make the first move. I'm obviously there to rent a car. I've always called ahead of time for car hold due to shortage of cars.

Gave me a car that after first day beeped loud the entire time I was driving because the 4WD wasn’t serviced. After returning my car I told the gentleman the issue and asked what we could do about it? He said well we wouldn’t have given you car that was defective… I told him I’m not saying that I’m saying as a corporate customer what can we do to make this right? I had the ceo of my company riding with me and it was very annoying and loud. He said yeah sorry thanks for letting us know…. That was it… that in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous so just be aware folks they don’t take responsibility for cars they have on road. Not even a hey let’s take care of you I can offer this or that even just a sincere apology. I chose to rent from this enterprise because of more selection won’t be back. Very poor experience
