Veronico's customer service is out of this world! Him and the guy that was working with him on 8/22/22 around 12am both had very welcoming demeanors and very polite and helpful. Even though is was 12am and I'm sure they were ready to go home they didn't let that stop them from delivering A1 customer service!

My wife drove here to be told at the drive through that they are only taking Doordash and mobile orders. If you can speak through the microphone to tell her that then why can’t you take an order?

Service needs improvement. Had to wait an extraordinarily long time to place my order at the drive-thru. Gave my order 3 times to multiple people. Female on staff yelling at a male employee. She was extremely unprofessional especially in front of customers. Chicken sandwiches were good but french fries were cold and certainly not their crispy fries.

My order is normally right 85% of the time when I ask for a meal the way it's displayed on the number menu. However, if I order a meal without onions, pickles, or anything of that sort, I usually get back a plain burger with everything missing I didn't ask to be taken off. I was better off ordering everything and just removing what I didn't want to be on the burger.

Customer service here is always amazing. So many other places in this area the employees are extremely rude, but NOT here, always extremely nice and on the occasion an order is wrong (rarely, and we are all humans so no complaints there) they are apologetic and fix it fast!

Ordered from the mobile app and it charged me twice. Pulled up and told the employee I had a mobile order but it charged me double and before I could explain she interrupted me to take it up with door dash. I corrected her that I ordered from the Wendy’s app and she said then I can’t help you. That was a slap in the face, and I sat at the speaker for a good 5 min until she said pull up to the window. Kenya was the employee and thanks to her Wendy’s you get a 1 ⭐️

Worst interaction I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Went through the drive thru for breakfast and I asked the lady if she can do 2 separate orders for a car with 2 vets and she huffed into the mic, clearly annoyed. I decided not to order anything and drove off. She was extremely rude towards a genuine question. She repeatedly said “I can only do one transaction per car”. This Wendy’s will never get my service again

Waited 20 minutes just to be told there was only one person working and that it would be a long wait to get food due to large door dash orders. Why do door dash orders take precedence over people waiting in a drive thru? So much for fast food.

Wasn't a fan of the Bacon Double stack, the mustard was overwhelming and the patties looked very different than usual. Aside the odd burger, this restaurant is SO clean! At 10:30am I walk in and see staff spraying and wiping down tables as well as sweeping the floors. Seeing how tidy everything was made me want to eat my food in a precise and clean way, as to not make a mess. While eating I was approached by an employee and asked how my food was in a very cheerful mood. I've had alot of experience in the food industry working with Chick-fil-A and large Catering companies. Learning and using this act of customer follow up is a great way to instill the feeling that the employees really care about the customer & your enjoyment. Overall, I am very impressed with the happy attitude of these employees as well as the cleanliness & care put into maintaining a gas station fast food restaurant. Thank you Wendys!
