They were very professional and helpful. Service was a little slow only because they were training someone new. I expected less professionalism from a place like this, but they exceeded my expectations. I had an alignment done. Joseph, the technician, spoke to me in regards to my vehicle and was very pleasant. I might just try them out for other services in the future. The parts store is no more, it's just a service shop now. At first, I was disappointed. But then I remembered the kids they had hired a while ago, and they did not know anything about cars which made it frustrating to shop there. ~Bryant

Words can't express my appreciation; this was my first time coming to Kormodiv, but let me share my story: My transmission went out on my Rs5 (yeah, on an Rs5), and living in Riverside, I needed an automotive shop I could trust, so I called. OMG, that first phone call was my first step to becoming a loyal customer. Karl was amazing and so funny. He assisted me and scheduled my appointment. Here is where you feel you are now a part of the Kormodiv family. The owner, Dave, calls me to explain his diagnosis to my car. He was friendly and courteous, and although I had terrible news, he humbly broke the news. Every step of the way, the shop crew, Dave and Mike, were just amazing, and I ask a lot of questions; not once did they make me feel like I was a burden. Kormodiv is the kind of shop I need, a shop where I have the liberty to ask questions, get quotes, message them, and not feel like I am bugging them; this experience was a blessing, and so glad I have Five Star Automotive Shop in my backyard.
