If you want poor service, with an attitude, this is your place. Recently went in with a prepaid return and they refused to scan the QR code. They said they never saw that before... I asked them to scan it and they refused. I went to another UPS store and they immediately helped me, scanned the code, and processed my return. While it was an unusual QR code they were determined to help. The montclair location was rude and belligerent. We will never ever go back. We will be sure to tell others about this experience as well. ~Michael
