Avoid this station, daily theft from customer vehicles and the station will not help you with video of criminals. They seem complicit with the thefts in and around their station. ~Marco

Loved this bookstore. They have a TON of options ranging from new releases to collectibles. Everything is very nicely organized so you can easily head to a specific genre that you’re looking for. The staff are super nice too, and they sell HOT DOG BOOKMARKS which was an amazing little find. ~Deena

Saved my PC! Tony is a genius problem solver. I did a custom PC build in April and was experiencing crashes whenever I ran a specific 3D software. I had taken my computer to 3 other repair people who all told me I needed to replace parts and when I did that and it still was crashing, I was frustrated and stumped. Thankfully my girlfriend, (feeling sorry for my months of crashes) looked online and found YY Computers. Tony treated the computer as if it were his own and was able to create the right circumstances to identify the mysterious crash. He swapped out parts and confirmed what I needed. I ordered a new motherboard and he installed it and setup Windows for me. I'm so grateful. My PC has been working smooth since. I highly recommend this shop .Communication is great and turnaround was quick once the problem was found. So grateful! ~Oliver

I went in to buy a new phone, because my phone was going as slow as a slug on the internet. The manager was so sweet, he changed a setting on my phone that fixed the problem! At a time when my cashflow was very limited, I really appreciated this act of honesty and kindness! ~Shereen

Amazing customer service. Dave helped us out greatly by printing and framing a 24x36 portrait. Despite coming at the last minute on the day of a funeral this was done expeditiously in less than an hour. These guys are professionals and are very competitive in pricing. This was the worst customer service ever. I am in the process of installing a Garmin AIS on my sailboat. I needed some connecting wire and connectors and some advice. I went to Star Marine because of their positive reviews. I spoke to the owner who told me I didn’t buy my electronics from him and it wasn’t worth his time to help me. I said I would be buying all the hardware to complete the job. He again told me it wasn’t worth his time. I am in the marine industry and I will never go to Star Marine again and will never refer anyone to him. All he had to say was he only does installations and doesn’t provide retail sales of the cabling and connectors. I would have understood. Instead he was extremely rude. He could have given some advice and made a customer for life. I then drove to Reliable Marine Electronics In Alameda. Ian McDanial was happy to help. He took 20 minutes and sold me everything I needed. I will use them from now on and refer people to them. I rarely write reviews but feel strongly about this one. ~Mark

this place use to be good for parts "But" there is a guy walt. there that he is the worse counter parts sales he is arrogant he does not take`s responsibility and if you tell him that the part is wrong or defective he makes all kind of excuses not to give you exchange or credit i been dealing with this co for more than 20 years, Rick is good guy, is just this employee in particular make thinks so difficult he forgets a lot, ~Raymond
