I walked in to open a youth account for my niece and was very satisfied with the service. Shout out to Carol Carmona who assisted me today with great guidance making my experience an excellent one! The lobby is clean and organized. The tellers are very friendly and efficient. No hidden fees whatsoever. I have banked with BofA for the past 25 years but I'm excited I joined SCE FCU. ~Betty
