After joining CrossFit, she immediately saw her time improve. Getting stronger, more explosive power out her legs helped her even on the long endurance runs.
I’ve stayed on, going a consistent 2-3 times per week. Since then, I’ve noticed my muscles feel bigger and more toned, I’ve felt a little more empowered about lifting weights using the compound lifts that they do. And more importantly, I’ve made new friends through the process.
