Paradise Grill
Had a bowl of pazole and an enchilada. It was delicious! The service was top notch too. ~Tony
UPS Customer Center
Customer service here is atrocious, workers are lazy and refuse to unload trucks so packages are constantly late. Worst of all, the workers here are allowed to be predatory and follow young women out to their vehicles screaming and swearing at them when they simply inquire about their packages, understandably might I add since the weather has been rough. This is not only predatory and disgusting but should be means for immediate termination yet corporate proceeds to no care about their employees appalling actions. Dont go here if you value your safety and I hope for everyone's sake that your packages don't go through here because you won't receive them any time soon. ~K.
Mountain Mattress
The best deals in the area, even though it’s in a small town their prices are as good or better than the cities like Reno or Chico. They have very high quality beds and accessories and are very knowledgeable if you have questions. We are always told to shop locally, and this is one place that you won’t sacrifice price or quality to do so. They also deliver and set up. ~Eli
Hair It Is
I was visiting from out of town and made an appointment for “just a trim”. Spoke to the stylist and we agreed that a couple inches at most needed to come off the length. My hair was mid-back length with long layers that started at my shoulders. When I left my hair was two distinct lengths, one above the shoulders around my face with an abrupt stop behind that and was in short choppy “layers” that didn’t blend at all and looked like either a toddler with scissors or a weed-whacked was turned loose. I wish there was a way to post a photo. It is epic. Looks like the world’s longest and most hideous mullet. Unreal. I lost a total of 8” and will probably lose another 2-3” getting this mess fixed by someone who knows what they are doing. That woman basically cut off the dry ends from the bottom layer and made them as short as the dry ends above my shoulders. It will take me at least two years to grow back. I can’t even get it in a braid and the hack job is even visible in a ponytail. I have been crying since I left. Devastated. I won’t even walk by the place again. ~Holly
