Customer service here is atrocious, workers are lazy and refuse to unload trucks so packages are constantly late. Worst of all, the workers here are allowed to be predatory and follow young women out to their vehicles screaming and swearing at them when they simply inquire about their packages, understandably might I add since the weather has been rough. This is not only predatory and disgusting but should be means for immediate termination yet corporate proceeds to no care about their employees appalling actions. Dont go here if you value your safety and I hope for everyone's sake that your packages don't go through here because you won't receive them any time soon.

The local ups folks are great but ups in general has gone down hill. I avoid shipping with them whenever possible. Edit: was not reviewing this location. I was reviewing ups in general.

I usually receive my packages on time, however last Friday the 28th of August the UPS driver stated my package was delivered at 3:29 pm, my husband and I were home and nothing was delivered to my house. We didn't have the tv on, it was quiet in our house and our dogs were home too. Our dogs hear everything and always bark at any noise. We are very disappointed and will not be using UPS any more.

The happy-faced woman here deserves a raise!!! She is consistently going beyond to assist a customer: thereby creating happy & returning customers. (& Favorable & repetitive customers is what makes a business stand out & prosper!!) Tks lady for the million ways u have made my trip to UPS better!!! This lady needs to be a PR trainer for each business in this town. These other businesses are in sore need of learning excellent PR!!!

One of the drivers Carson, admitted to delivering my sons package to the wrong house. 180.00 product from Logitec. Instead of reimbursing us they sent 180.00 to logitec 4 weeks later. We had already reordered 1 month prior. Logitec NEVER reimbursed us either. 6 months later we are still out 180.00 Thanks Carson Thanks UPS

Nobody answers the phone or calls you back, I have been told a few times that I can't receive packages at my address and can't be sent to general delivery but all of my other packages from UPS I have received at general delivery, I have ordered things that I can not be refunded or re-sent what do I do, do I get my refund for both items that are over $40 from you

Our UPS family. They are Great and a Great attitude, Kindness smile on there faces, always asking how is our day is going, that brings me Smile on my face. Now that is The Best Feeling and it makes my day Joy! OH yeah they always make sure my package is Safe in my hands or Safe somewhere where I can find it. Even if its something they are not comfortable leaving on my front porch my USP will leave a note saying where they had put it for me....WOW now that is THE BEST!!!!!! I give OUR UPS a 5***** :) Thank you Plumas UPS drivers and I am happy to have a Family that makes OUR Packages Worth Waiting For :) Thank You UPS!!

Well, Alita is great but UPS has not delivered on undisclosed conditions, and now there is no one manning the drop off location for the last couple days with no notice. A sign in the window, a message on the answer machine would be helpful, rather than everyone waiting in the cold and the dark and not being able to ship.
