Best tobacco shop in Rancho Cucamonga, California (CA) 2024

I am not one to normally post reviews, especially one star reviews because I know people could have off days. The experience I had at the same AM PM is by far the least empathetic or sympathetic experience I’ve ever had as a costumer. After filling up, our SUV would not start, so I went in just to let the staff know, so they didn’t think we were loitering and he walked out with me to see. The first thing he said when he saw the car was to say “move your car” because he “needs me off of his pumps” mind you, it’s 11:16 at night and there are 16 pumps and we are one of the two cars in the lot. I admittedly didn’t respond well to his request because 1) I don’t know what the problem with the car is, so I don’t want to risk moving it and 2) his rudeness with his request wasn’t right.. The man was older with mostly white/grey hair and glasses who was rude to us. ~Jason

Do not come here, they never refund money to your debit card as they say they would. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It’s happened to others as well. For some reason they close just before 10pm to do who knows what & then they reopen after 20 minutes, it’s really inconvenient, lots of people waiting outside. No other gas station closes like this. Awful place. ~Harry
