Have used this place before. Finally found on that could do a good job. Today I tried someone else , so sorry I did I should left and waited those if the one I used would be in another day. But I thought they need a chance. Don’t do it. She cut a chunk off the back and said she needed to wet it down. I was soaked with the water bottle,then she went and got a de tangler spray. Soaked me down again. And now that spray got in my eye. I have always worn a simple bob cut. She blunt cut it won’t go under showed me the back and I had told her it will roll under with the flip of the hand DONE. Didn’t care I’m dripping wet and she said someone element there can cut it. Nothing left to cut or I wouldn’t have hair to turn under. No I’m DONE. Her answer is if you don’t like it don’t pay for it. Sad part I felt she did her best all of maybe 5 minutes.
